Muslim youths under attack
Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh morally responsible for these attacks
Demand to close the Hindutva terrorists camps in Andhra Pradesh
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee issued a statement by stating that the recent attacks on Muslim youths in different parts of Hyderabad is nothing but the handiwork of Hindu Vahini which is an outfit connected to RSS and involved in many terror activities. The massacre of a Muslim family in Vatoli of Adilabad district is one example of this. Another recent example is the violence at Siddipet, where the holy book Qura’an was cut into pieces and thrown in front of a Masjid during the Durgastami procession.
Since few days several Muslim youths are being attacked continuously in a trained and professional manner i.e. after Eid ul Adza at the places such as Bowenpally, Kachiguda, Chikkadpally, L.B.Nagar, Vidyanagar and also in remote areas of various districts. It is a matter of deep concern that these attacks are taking place when the whole region is on high alert due to ongoing Telangana agitation. Police check-up is taking place and police pickets are also deployed at various places. These special arrangements also could not stop the attacks on Muslims by the Hindutva terrorist groups. With this one can understand that these people are perfectly trained to attack Muslims. In this recent attack the modus operandi is, coming on bikes and slitting neck with the swords in such a manner that the person attacked does not understand that he is being attacked.
Civil Liberties already had written and informed the DGP and Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad that the Hindutva terrorism is growing in different parts of Andhra Pradesh, especially in Hyderabad and also had warned that any untoward incident might take place anytime. This is happening because of training at Hindutva camps and after the completion of training they are practically implementing their training through these attacks.
On this recent wave of attacks, Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee registered its protest in a written manner to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh that he is morally responsible and administratively his government has failed to protect the Muslims even in the city like Hyderabad. Therefore, this committee demands to wipe away the soft corner of the government towards Hindutva terrorists. The government should close the training camps of Hindutva terrorists running on the name of RSS shakhas both in the heart of the city as well as in the outskirts of the city. The government should keep vigilance on the persons trained from these camps.
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee questions the DGP and Commissioner of Police Hyderabad, why the Hindutva terrorist like Raja Singh of Mangalhat who is corporator of TDP is given freedom to carry out such activities? He is openly a known anti-Muslim person who spreads hatred through conducting meetings by inviting BJP and RSS and its outfits’ leaders from the North region during the Hindu festivals. He had played a big role during the 2010 violence that took place in Hyderabad. Even in this present time i.e. during the Eid uz Adha he had created hurdles in different forms to stop the Qurbani of animals. Thus, Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee believes that these attacks are a clear signal to Muslim community by the RSS outfits and activists that if you people slaughter the animals we will slit your necks! These attacks also indicate that something big is going to happen in the state. If the police fail to take any action to stop the growing Hindutva terrorism then the Muslim community will resist it!

Women are supposed to be very calm generally: but women feel just as men feel...they suffer from too rigid a restraint, too absolute a stagnation, precisely as men would suffer...It is thoughtless to condemn them, or laugh at them, if they seek to do more or learn more than custom has pronounced necessary for their sex.
